Well, I made it! I must say that the L. Douglas Wilder Performing Arts Center at Norfolk State University is a beautiful facility and perfect for a conference like this. Mayor Paul D. Fraim is currently speaking on the importance of this conference and how Norfolk is a perfect venue for this discussion.
